How to order a quiz
You will need to register with Quiz Express to place an order. This is so that we can keep a track of what quizzes you have had in the past & ensure you do not receive duplicate quizzes in future orders.
Here you can navigate through all of our quiz departments.
We will soon be uploading our other types of quizzes such as sport, themed, accumulator, league quizzes, corporate, party, family & kids quizzes, all sorts of interesting picture quizzes, and lots of different 'novelty' rounds.
The shop has been designed to be as user-friendly as possible. You simply need to visit the right quiz department (ie, General knowledge), make your choices regarding the level, format & version of quiz & input how many of that type of quiz you want to order.
Payment gateway
All card details entered into the Quiz Express website are handled by Paypoint.net, one of the UK’s leading payment processors, who provide the highest standards of electronic security to protect your sensitive data. PayPoint's payment platform & security page can be viewed here and their PCI certificate can be viewed here .
On confirming your order & proceeding to payment, you will be taken the PayPoint page to input your card details & process your order. On completion, you will immediately return to Quiz Express where you can access your download orders & monitor orders by post.
Downloads
Orders to be delivered by download will be available immediately after payment by way of an instant link to myAccounts-myQuizzes. We also send a confirmation email that contains a link to access your quizzes.
In myQuizzes you will see a list of your order, and order history. Click the 'download' link next to each quiz to be taken directly to it where you can then right click & select to print. Once printed, the download link will turn grey to indicate you have used that quiz. (You will be able to re-access it). For more info on managing download links, please click here
Freepost
Orders to be delivered by post will normally be despatched within 4 working days by first class royal mail. Please note that our free picture quizzes are only available by download, or if you become a subscriber (no-ties), we can email them to you.
A notification will appear in myQuizzes next to each quiz once posted.
On receipt of your quizzes
If on receipt of our quizzes, you feel you would have preferred a different level, format or version of quiz (or a combination of these), please contact us to arrange delivery of a free re-issue. Please note; The questions will be the same 'source' questions.
